He is the founder of Lens & Meds, myEYZ, and Doers School under Onegen Healthcare Pvt Ltd. His mission is to make quality healthcare accessible through integrated retail models in pharmacy, optical, diagnostics, and clinics. He has held leadership roles at global pharma companies such as Dr. Reddy’s, Sandoz, US Teligent, and Ascent Pharma. Today, he focuses on empowering healthcare professionals to become entrepreneurs while building innovative business ecosystems across India.

PRAVEEN K.R: Praveen K.R is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Lens & Meds and myEYZ, working alongside RK Dambigam to build accessible retail healthcare solutions. He has played a key role in expanding integrated services across pharmacy, optical, diagnostics, and home eye care. With strong experience in retail operations and healthcare management, Praveen focuses on building scalable business models.
